As I read 1 Samuel 12 today, I was reminded of a powerful thought related to the aspects of prayer and preparation for this upcoming weekend.  Here it is:  God won’t move if we are stubborn and continue to sin and let sin be in our hearts and lives.  If we continue to do those things God has told us not to do; If we continue to hold on to old ways of living and acting, thinking and speaking, we have created a wall that keeps God from moving in our lives.  As we pray and prepater for this upcoming weekend of spiritual renewal, may we honestly and humbly seek God’s direction in pointing out the sin in our lives - be it of action, attitude, or habit - and ask for His forgiveness and power to remove it from our lives!

Expecting Many Miracles (and doing my part to create the opportunity for it to happen)!
